Music for the mind, movement for the body, breathing for the soul. Trippy lights, joyful music, sweat, friends, health and peace. Join Scott Lawlor, AKA “Pickles”, owner of Kind Yoga and advocate for Kindness, in his signature celebration of community and kindness: Grateful Yoga.
Grateful Yoga is a combination of a vinyasa flow and dance to the music of the Grateful Dead and is accompanied by live music, trippy lights, connected group poses and activities along with a message on love and unity. This class appeals to all levels of students, from beginners to lifelong practitioners with modifications offered for any student.
Mat, towel, blanket, or snuggly bears are encouraged but not necessary, Kind Yoga will supply a limited number of mats.
