Stand Up Paddle Yoga

Join Kind Yoga for a vibrant and inclusive Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga class as part of our Pridefest celebrations! This unique experience combines the tranquility of yoga with the thrill of paddle boarding, set against the serene backdrop of the beautiful Sound.
Enjoy this all levels gentle vinyasa flow, accessible to all levels, and no paddle boarding experience is required.

What’s Included:
All paddleboard equipment and personal floatation devices (PFD will be provided). A short lesson to get on and off your board in the water.
What to Bring:
Bring a water bottle and towel, a hat or sunglasses with a secure strap are recommended. Be prepared to get wet and go with the flow!
Weather:
Wind and inclement weather may impact the class. In the event our experts decide to cancel due to weather, we will make every effort to notify you two hours before departure.
