Raleigh LGBTQ Center
The Raleigh LGBTQ Center aims to strengthen individual and community development through social and educational activities. They also facilitate the incubation of supportive services and groups to identify needs and advocate for resources benefiting the diverse population of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people, their friends, and supporters within and beyond central North Carolina.
The Recovery Village – Ridgefield
The 2017 National Survey on Drug Use and Health reports that 18.7 million people aged 18 or older had a substance use disorder in the United States. People who identify as gay or lesbian are more than twice as likely than those who identify as heterosexual to have a severe alcohol or tobacco use disorder.
