This family-friendly, LGBTQ festival is the main event on Saturday afternoon, September 14th from 1 PM to 7 PM. ALL are welcome to attend this free afternoon of concert bands, craft beers, and wines, local restaurants, vendors, and entertainers, located at the Roanoke Island Festival Park on the historic waterfront in Manteo, NC.
